THE WORK PACKAGE

Industrial Process & Utility Piping for industrial facilities

V Forge Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. supports process and utility piping execution for industrial facilities from its Karachi base. The work is coordinated with mechanical equipment, supports, access requirements and the installation sequence. A piping package needs more than connected lengths of pipe: isolation, drainage, inspection access and the final equipment interface all affect how practical the system is to operate.

Project location, quantities, design responsibilities and supply/installation boundaries are confirmed during scope review. Share the available drawings and BOQ through the Project Desk to start the discussion.

SCOPE & INTERFACES

What the installation needs to address

Process-water and utility networks

Installation of process-water, cooling-water and related utility pipework to the approved project requirements. Routes are reviewed against equipment positions, available access and surrounding services before work proceeds.

Pump-room connections and manifolds

Pipework between pumps, valves, strainers, headers and equipment connections. The installation sequence should keep serviceable components accessible and avoid forcing misaligned connections into place.

Supports and equipment interfaces

Hangers, guides, anchors and equipment supports are coordinated with the approved design. Flexible connections, thermal movement and vibration interfaces are addressed where specified.

MS, SS and other specified materials

Material grade, pipe schedule, joining method, fittings and compatible components are established from the actual fluid, pressure, temperature and project specification. MS and SS are not interchangeable choices for every duty.

FROM DRAWINGS TO HANDOVER

Plan the details before site execution

Our execution method ↗
01

Information before quotation

Share the fluid or utility, operating conditions, drawings or marked-up routes, pipe sizes, material specification, approximate quantities and equipment connection details. Identify existing services and any shutdown window.

02

Installation in an operating facility

Tie-ins, isolations, access and the sequence of work should be agreed before mobilisation. Clarify which party handles shutdown approval, draining, reinstatement and operational release.

03

Inspection and testing

The inspection and test plan is matched to the system and agreed specification. It may include fit-up inspection, support and alignment checks, pressure or leak tests, flushing and functional checks.

QUOTATION BRIEF

Send the information you already have

A defined scope helps identify missing interfaces, inclusions and site constraints before pricing.

  • P&IDs, layouts or marked-up routes
  • Fluid, temperature and pressure information
  • Pipe material, sizes and quantities
  • Equipment connection and support details
  • Site location and permitted work windows

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you request a quotation

Do you carry out process piping work in Karachi?

V Forge is Karachi-based and reviews industrial piping requirements in Karachi and elsewhere in Pakistan. The project location, scope, access and programme are assessed before an execution proposal is agreed.

Can MS and SS pipework be included in one package?

Yes, requirements can be reviewed as a coordinated package. The approved design and service conditions determine material grades, joint types, segregation and inspection requirements.

What is included in the quotation?

Inclusions depend on the agreed BOQ and scope. Material supply, fabrication, installation, supports, testing, insulation and tie-in responsibilities should each be identified rather than assumed.
