Equipment-specific canopy fabrication
Fabricated panels, frames, doors and removable sections based on the agreed drawings. Clearances for equipment maintenance, filter changes, lifting or removal are reviewed before the arrangement is finalised.
INDUSTRIAL EXECUTION · KARACHI, PAKISTAN
Purpose-built enclosures developed around equipment dimensions, airflow paths and the access needed for operation and servicing.

THE WORK PACKAGE
V Forge includes acoustic canopies, hoods, louvers and related sheet-metal assemblies within its industrial fabrication capability. A canopy needs to accommodate the equipment and its operating interfaces, not simply cover it. Ventilation, exhaust penetrations, removable sections, service doors and the supporting frame are coordinated with the approved design and actual equipment dimensions.
Project location, quantities, design responsibilities and supply/installation boundaries are confirmed during scope review. Share the available drawings and BOQ through the Project Desk to start the discussion.
SCOPE & INTERFACES
Fabricated panels, frames, doors and removable sections based on the agreed drawings. Clearances for equipment maintenance, filter changes, lifting or removal are reviewed before the arrangement is finalised.
Air inlet and discharge openings, louvers and duct connections are coordinated with the equipment requirements. Acoustic treatment must not be assumed to permit restricted airflow or overheating.
Specified lining, internal panels and attenuation details are incorporated into the fabrication scope. Target noise levels, measurement positions and acceptance conditions must be agreed when a performance requirement applies.
Exhaust openings, cable and pipe penetrations, base-frame connections and access panels are detailed around the installation. Weather exposure, finish and protection requirements are confirmed from the intended location.
Provide equipment general-arrangement drawings, overall dimensions, access requirements, ventilation information, exhaust details and the proposed site. Indoor and outdoor locations may need different protection and installation details.
If a noise target applies, define the operating load, measurement distance, ambient conditions and assessment method. A specific dB reduction is not promised without a reviewed design and agreed test conditions.
Dimensional inspection, door and panel operation, fit-up, access and finish checks are planned around the scope. Functional airflow or noise checks are included where specified and agreed for the complete installation.
QUOTATION BRIEF
A defined scope helps identify missing interfaces, inclusions and site constraints before pricing.
Use the existing project enquiry form. Files and requirements go through the established business-desk workflow.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Existing-equipment requirements can be reviewed from drawings and verified site dimensions. Maintenance clearances, ventilation and exhaust interfaces should be resolved before fabrication.
No noise level should be assumed from the enclosure alone. Any target requires a defined design, operating condition and acceptance test agreed for the complete system.
Yes, related fabricated interfaces can be reviewed as part of the package. Their material, dimensions, finish and connection details are stated in the agreed scope.
